Mr. Blunkett

To ask the Secretary of State for Health (1) if she will publish a table showing administrative expenditure by family practitioner committees in 1989(a) in total and (b) by region;

(2) what was the total administrative expenditure of family health services authorities for each year since their creation (a)for England as a whole and (b)by region.
