Mr. John M. TaylorMr. Justice Cresswell, the judge in charge of the Commercial court list, is currently conducting a review of the Lloyd's litigation. An assessment of the potential impact on the court's work load will be made at the conclusion of his review, but it is not currently expected to have an adverse impact on other users of the court.
