§ Mr. NorrisLiberalisation of routes from the United States to United Kingdom regional airports has been a consistent priority of this Government. In December the United Kingdom tabled a proposal which would give immediate open access to regional routes, including to Birmingham. We hope that the United States Government will consider our proposal seriously.
