§ Mr. Lennox-BoydBetween 1990 and 31 December 1992, when the Czechoslovak Federal Republic was dissolved, the know-how fund committed £15.1 million to the Federal Republic.
Since 1 January 1993, the know-how fund has approved over 80 projects in Slovakia costing £4.9 million in the banking and finance; employment and small business; environment; good government; and management and education sectors. EC PHARE has committed 128 million ecu to Slovakia since 1990 covering enterprise restructuring and development; banking and finance; environment; agriculture; infrastructure; and human resource development.
