§ Mr. KeyI announced on 5 August 1993 a package of measures to speed up the delivery of national road schemes. One measure was a review of the road programme aimed particularly at ensuring that schemes were prepared and delivered in accordance with a clear set of priorities. I will make an announcement about the results of that review shortly.
