§ Mr. AtkinsThe Environmental Information Regulations 1992 apply among others to those bodies with public responsibilities for the environment as defined in regulation 2(3). It is for the water companies to interpret what responsibilities they may have under the existing regulations and for the courts to adjudicate if their interpretation is challenged.
