To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what plans exist to improve the crossing of the A5 in Warwickshire at Lilbourne-Clifton.

There are no such plans.

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will consider providing a means of access from the M45 to the A5 in Warwickshire.

I have no plans to do so.
