To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment which engagements during the visit to Cornwall of the Minister for Housing, Inner Cities and Construction on Friday 25 February are being undertaken in his ministerial capacity; and what proportion of the cost of the visit is borne by the vote of his Department.

The visit is party political and as such none of the cost will come from the Department's vote.
