To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will list those countries to which the United Kingdom has sold military equipment following upon intergovernmental discussion at a ministerial level and where a protocol or other memoranda have been drawn up linking overseas aid to the supply of military equipment or military services.
