Whether there have been discussions with the United States Administration or with its Armed Forces on the preparations for a possible "major regional contingency" in Korea which are (Aviation Week & Space Technology,17 January 1994) expected to be completed by mid-summer, and what to their knowledge are the implications of these preparations.
