§ Miss Widdecombe[holding answer 18 February 1994]: Customised training support for job link is provided by training and enterprise councils where appropriate through training for work and its predecessor, 203W employment training. From April 1992 to August 1993 it is estimated that 140,000 inner-city residents in England were helped under those programmes.
