§ Mr. Neil HamiltonGovernment policy on the issues raised by business deregulation task force proposals 96 and 99 is a matter for my right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the remainder are a matter for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment.
