§ Mr. Llwyd
To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list for each year since 1987 the number of occasions on which management or other consultants have been engaged(a) by his office and (b) by non-departmental public bodies in Wales; what were the total amounts of authorised payments for those consultants in each year; and if he will make a statement.
