§ Mr. Flynn
To ask the President of the Board of Trade if he will publish the report on the Accounts Services Agency by the consultants PA Consultancy Group.

§ Mr. Eggar
The report by the PA Consulting Group "Options for the Accounts Services Agency" contains a considerable amount of commercially sensitive information whose publication could affect the tendering process. It has been decided, therefore, not to publish the report.
