§ Mr. KeyWork began on reviewing the full technical and cost implications of the compulsory fitment of seat belts in minibuses and coaches during November 1993. I expect to receive a report within the next few weeks. I cannot anticipate when decisions will be taken; but we shall be publishing our conclusions.
