§ Dr. MawhinneyFundholders are spending their savings in a number of ways—for example, reducing waiting times; and bringing more services into the practices. The rules governing how savings should be spent are in the National Health Service (Fundholding Practices) Regulations 1993, copies of which are in the Library.
