To ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer, if he will publish the terms of the sale of Forward: Civil Service Catering.

§ Mr. Nelson
Forward has been sold to the Sutcliffe Catering Group Ltd. for £4.6 million. The transfer of the business took place on 14 February. The staff of Forward have transferred to Sutcliffe on their existing terms and conditions in accordance with the TUPE regulations.
