§ Mr. Gwilym JonesProgress on the local agenda 21 initiative has been, and is being, discussed within the central and local government environment forum, which brings together Environment Ministers and the leaders of the local authority associations. The Welsh Office is also planning to sponsor a seminar on "green" purchasing as part of the local agenda 21 programme.
