§ Sir George YoungI am pleased to announce, after further consultation with the tenants, that a postal ballot will be held from 14 to 27 March 1994. This will enable the568W tenants of the Stonebridge estate to vote on whether they are in favour of the establishment of a housing action trust for their estate.
The housing action trust proposal represents a major opportunity to improve the estate and the quality of life within it, but the final decision must rest with the tenants. I very much hope that they will use their vote to decide the future of the estate.
