§ Mr. MorganTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales what representations he has received concerning the complaint by the World Wide Fund for Nature to the European Commission in relation to the future of the Cardiff bay site of special scientific interest; and if he will place these representations in the Library.
§ Mr. RedwoodI have received a number of representations about the complaint by the World Wide Fund for Nature to the EC Commission. Some appear to have been inspired by the fund's "Factsheet" of September 1993 which contained acknowledged errors.
