What was the number of fatal accidents on the A.12 trunk road between the northern end of the Wickham: Market bypass and the junction with the A.1094 during each calendar year from 1978 to 1993 inclusive, showing in each case the date, location and number of deaths and what was the average death rate per mile over this 16-year period on this stretch of road and how that compares with the annual death rate per mile on all trunk roads in England.
