§ Mr. Charles WardleCurrent Home Office initiatives on business crime do not include a retail crime document. My right hon. and learned Friend the Home Secretary has however provided a forward to the shopfront security report published by the British Retail Consortium. I understand that Whitebread plc made a contribution to the cost of that document but the details are a matter for the company and the BRC.
