To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether there was any further correspondence reiterating promises of civil aid between Her Majesty's Government and the Government of Malaysia following the letter dated 28 June 1988 from the then Secretary of State for Defence to the Malaysian Finance Minister.
