§ Mr. Lennox-BoydWe are concerned by the human rights situation in Kashmir, and shall continue to express our views clearly to the Indian Government. Our approach to Kashmir at the United Nations Commission on Human Rights in Geneva will be closely co-ordinated with our European partners.
