To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster how many employees were judged to be guilty of fraud in his Department in each year since 1989; and how many were dismissed.

To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster what is his Department's policy for dealing with employees found guilty of fraud.

Employees found guilty of fraud in my Departments are dealt with under their disciplinary procedures and where appropriate the criminal code. The disciplinary procedures provide for a range of penalties including dismissal.
