To ask the Secretary of State for Employment when the hon. Member for Derbyshire, North-Fast will receive a reply to the letter he wrote on the Employment Service and enterprise councils on 28 July 1993, which was followed up by a reminder on 1 November 1993.

Regrettably, no trace can be found of the hon. Member's letter of 28 July, nor his reminder of 1 November. I have written to the hon. Member offering a meeting at his earliest convenience.
