§ Mr. StewartCo-operatives have benefited and will continue to benefit from the range of Government policies designed to encourage the development of small and medium-sized businesses. Scottish Office funding for a number of co-operative projects has been made available through the urban programme, and applications for funding for other such projects can still be made.
