§ Mr. BaldryMy hon. Friend, the Minister for Local Government and Planning, will not be involved in decisions on the Local Government Commission's recommendations for Humberside, Lincolnshire and North Yorkshire. Whether or not he is involved in decisions on recommendations for Lancashire and Cumbria will depend on the nature of those recommendations.
