§ Mr. MacleanI am publishing today the drugs prevention initiative's third annual progress report, which sets out an encouraging record of community-based drugs prevention activity in the 12 months 1 July 1992 to 30 June 1993, particularly in the 20 areas with local drugs prevention teams. I have placed a copy of the report in the Library.
