To ask the Secretary of State for the Scotland what has been the financial allocation through the disabled students allowance by the Scottish Office Education Department to students with disabilities in higher education in each year since 1990–91 to(a) students studying in Scotland and (b) students studying in England and Wales; and how many individual students this represents.
