Viscount CranborneThe Supreme Allied Commander Atlantic (SACLANT) is Admiral Paul D. Miller, US Navy, who was appointed by the NATO Defence Planning Committee following consultation between allies in June 1992. Admiral Miller also holds the appointment of Commander of the US Atlantic Command (CINCUSACOM).
