To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will place in the Library a copy of the Wright report on privatisation in St. Helena.

Copies of the 1990 report by David Wright on the expansion of the private sector in St. Helena have been placed in the Library of the House.
