§ The Earl of ArranThe Government's proposals for implementation of the Habitats Directive were set out in the consultation paper issued on 4 October, a copy of which was placed in the House Library. No system of management orders was proposed in that paper. The responses, including the suggestions for the introduction of management orders, are being considered.
