§ Dr. MawhinneyThe study commissioned by the Department into the incidence of anophthalmia began on 1 January 1994 and is due to be completed by 30 September 1995. The Department of Health would usually expect the results of research it has commissioned to be published either as a separate scientific report or in a scientific journal.
