§ Mr. AtkinsThe Government welcome the comprehen-sive review of the operation of integrated pollution control up to April 1993 by Environmental Data Services. I am pleased to note that the results of this study confirm that IPC has resulted in improved environmental performance.
Officials in the Department of the Environment and Her Majesty's inspectorate of pollution are currently consider-ing the findings of the report in detail and will receive a presentation from the authors.
