Mr. Flynn

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security what saving in the cost of child dependency additions will result from deferring entitlement from 28 to 52 weeks of incapacity, in 1995–96 and each subsequent year for which estimates are available; and what are the average numbers of families and children expected to be affected in each year.
