§ Mr. Darling
To ask the Secretary of State for Education if his Department or any agencies for which he is responsible has engaged the services of the firm Touche Ross or any of its partners since 1 July 1993.

§ Mr. Boswell
The Department has placed one contract with Touche Ross since 1 July 1993, for a financial management and policy review of the Central Bureau for Educational Visits and Exchanges.
