Mr. Tipping

To ask the Secretary of State for Education what estimate he has of the number of surplus places that exist in the primary, secondary and special places sectors in Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire and Nottinghamshire; and what percentage this represents of the total number of places in each sector.
