Right-to-repair Scheme

To ask the Secretary of Wales whether the new right-to-repair scheme for council tenants will apply in Wales.

My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales, together with my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment, laid before the House on Monday 31 January the Secure Tenants of Local Housing Authorities (Right to Repair) Regulations 1994 (SI 1994/133) which will introduce the new right-to-repair scheme in both England and Wales.
