§ Mr. StewartNHS senior executives on NHS Whitley Council conditions of service are required to pay for the private use of officially supplied cars in accordance with these conditions of service. For those on NHS trust conditions of service, arrangements for the use of cars will be determined by the trust remuneration committee.
