§ Sir Hector MonroThe processing of claims for payment under the 1993 sheep annual premium scheme has been slower than in previous years because of complexities arising from the introduction of sheep annual premium quotas. Payments began in October 1993 compared to the end of August in the previous year and have continued since then at regular intervals.
