asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will state the names of the electoral wards in Camden and Islington which are classified in each of the three levels of underprivileged area score which entitle general practitioners to receive supplementary "deprivation" payments for residents registered with them; and

What proportion of (a) electoral wards and (b) population falls into each of the four levels of underprivileged area store (normal, low, medium, high) in the United Kingdom as a whole and in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, London and other conurbations.
