§ Mr. ScottI wrote to the chairman of the council, on behalf of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State on 23 September 1993, asking the council to consider and advise on whether the present prescription of the prescribed disease D4—inflamation of the mucous membrane of the upper respiratory passages or mouth—should be changed and, if the council concludes that it should, for recommendations on revised terms of prescription.
