Mr. Bayley

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security when the Child Support Agency will be publishing an annual report; and how the public will be able to obtain it.

Mr. Burt

The administration of the Child Support Agency is a matter for Ros Hepplewhite, the chief executive. She will write to the hon. Member.

Letter from Ros Hepplewhite to Mr. Hugh Bayley, dated 31 January 1994: I am replying to your Parliamentary Question to the Secretary of State for Social Security about the Child Support Agency's annual report. As stated in its Business Plan for 1993–94, the Agency intends to publish an Annual Report in the summer of 1994. Copies will be placed in the Library of the House, and will also be available from the Agency's headquarters at Millbank Tower. I hope you find this letter helpful.
