§ Mr. Robin SquireOf the 16-year-olds who remained in full-time education in 1992–93, the proportion in school was 50.5 per cent.; 46.5 per cent. were in the same secondary school as when they were 15 years old, and 4 per cent. had transferred to another school. The proportion in sixth-form colleges was 12.2 per cent., while 37.3 per cent. went to other colleges of further education.
