To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) what guidelines have been set by the International Atomic Energy Agency for site selection of a deep repository for radioactive waste;

(2) if he will list the guidelines set by the Institute of Geologists, now the British Geological Survey, for site selection of a deep repository for radioactive waste.
