§ Mr. LivingstoneTo ask the Secretary of State for Defence if service volunteers who take part in tests at the Chemical and Biological Defence Establishment at Porton Down are bound by the Official Secrets Acts in respect of the tests.
§ Mr. SoamesAlthough service volunteers are bound by the Official Secrets Acts in the same way as all other Government employees, their medical records are provided on request to their general practitioner, as is information on the studies in which they participated.
