§ Mr. HagueArrangements currently exist for making payments of invalidity benefit to a suitable third party where the beneficiary becomes incapable of managing his or her own affairs through mental impairment. It is also possible to divert payments to protect the interests of the beneficiary or his family where there are exceptional circumstances. We have no plans to extend these arrangements.
