§ Mr. RichardsOf the total of £6.6 million announced by my right hon. Friend, £1.85 million will be allocated to help with housing, including for disabled facilities grants. We are presently considering how the remaining £4.75 million will be allocated but intend that schemes from the local authorities and the voluntary sector will be eligible for support.
