§ Mr. BoswellWe propose to transfer £1.084 million into local authority finance in 1995–96 in respect of the debt charge reimbursement scheme. This reflects the fact that the amount of money paid by the Further Education Funding Council—FEFC—under the scheme is lower than had been assumed when the original transfer of funds from local authorities to the FEFC was calculated.
